If you are an industry representative or wishing to exhibit please see the exhibitor registration page or contact the WSAAI office and we can help you.

Meeting registration does not include lodging, transportation or other items not specifically noted on the registration form. After registering you will be provided a link to the The Fairmont Kea Lani online reservation web page. It is your responsibility to make a reservation. The following per-night rates* are available for conference registrants:

 

  • Fairmont Garden View Suites: $355
  • Partial Ocean View Suite: $375
  • Ocean View Suite: $425
  • Deluxe Ocean View Suite:  $475

* Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Rates apply only when you book lodging using the registration link provided by WSAAI. After the contracted room block is filled, standard rates will apply. Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, hotel accommodation tax or any other fees applied by the hotel.
